Biokineticists are exercise specialists and healthcare professionals registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa, who focus on using exercise modalities and movement as medicine.

WHO WE ARE

We assess, treat and prescribe individualized exercise programs to improve physical well-being and overall quality of life. We further specialize in injury prevention, postural and gait correction, management of chronic diseases and aiding to those who simply want to enhance their fitness levels, reach specific health goals and/or increase functional capacity.

Patient Education is a huge priority of ours throughout each rehabilitation journey. Placing a focus on the education on exercise, the body’s response to exercise and aiding in patients to be more aware of how their body moves, allows for more successful rehabilitation and injury prevention in the future

Video consultation conducted via a secure online platform, allowing you to speak with your me face-to-face from the comfort of your home.

After our initial consultation, I draw up your science-based program prescription. After which you will receive a program plan, with either weekly 1:1 sessions or program prescription to follow via the MAZBIOFIT app
